Department of Religious Studies

Originally from Atlanta, Steve earned his B.A. in Religious Studies at the University of Alabama in 2022 and then began the M.A. in January 2023 (with a planned graduation in December 2024), with a focus on religion and politics in south Asia, especially within Sikhism. Throughout his degree he has worked as a Teaching Assistant and, in Fall 2024, worked as an Intern at the UA Museum's historic Gorgas House. After graduation Steve began teaching online courses in REL.
