Bio
Kate Schoening graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, NE, with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion. She participated in college athletics through the women's cross country and track teams while at NWU. During her time at Nebraska Wesleyan, she studied women in religion and apocalypses, and she also analyzed Nebraska Wesleyan's Philosophy and Religion department and its role in a Liberal Arts Education. Kate is excited to expand her religious studies at Alabama in the M.A. program and hopes to continue looking at the weird sides of religion!
