Bio
Originally from Mobile, AL, Lauren Thompson graduated from the University of Alabama in Spring 2023 with a BA in Psychology and Religious Studies along with a minor in Asian Studies. Lauren begins her MA in Religious Studies in Fall 2023 where she will also work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Her research areas and interests revolve around the occult, its interactions with religious institutions, as well as myth, legends, and folklore. She hopes to combine her background in Psychology with these research interests.
