Christopher Hurt graduated in 2008 with an REL major and a minor in Creative Writing. Now living in Los Angeles and training dogs at The Zoom Room, he is pursuing a career in music: recently singing and playing Hammond Organ in the Jamestown Pagans who recently released their first album.   After graduating Christopher Hurt also contributed to the RELblog read here.

Aronov Lecture 2018-19

Prof. Tim Jensen, of the University of Southern Denmark, is the Department's 2018-19 Aronov Lecturer -- the 17th in this annual series. He is also the President of the International Association for the History of Religions, so brings a wealth of international experience to our Department. While at UA he will offer a public lecture but will also participate in a faculty seminar and meet with our B.A. and M.A. students as well.
