Grad Colloquium – Libraries

Grad Colloquium, which occurs twice each semester, provides additional insight into issues in the study of religion, academia and the university generally, and career plans outside academia. Required for first year students, the colloquium is open to any current graduate students in the MA in Religion in Culture. This first colloquium in Fall 2021 will focus on library resources, with James Gilbreath from Gorgas Library.

Our second Grad Colloquium of the semester will focus on questions about university structures and how to navigate them, both as a student and an employee. Open to all REL MA students, expected attendance by first year students.

Resume workshop – Grad Colloquium

Workshop discussing resume/CV best practices and discussing sample resumes together. Please submit a copy of your resume to Steven Ramey by Friday Feb 3. The Grad Colloquium is open to all REL MA students and is required for first year REL MA students.
