1 credit with monthly films/discussions; repeatable up to 3 hours. Open to all students; RSSA members are invited to attend all films, even if unregistered, and many REL lower-level classes often use this course for extra credit opportunities.
Students write brief commentaries on the films..
This semester’s films — all about colleges and universities — will be (click the title to see a trailer of each): With Honors (1994); Legally Blonde (2001); A Beautiful Mind (2001); Mona Lisa Smile (2003); The Great Debaters (2007).
Films will be shown on Tuesdays from 6:00 to 9:00 pm: Jan 16, Feb 6, Feb 27, March 19, April 16.
