The Theta Alpha Kappa (TAK) Brownbag Lunch Series is a forum in which students or guests can present original research in religious studies to students and faculty in the department.

This discussion series adds to the department’s current public lecture venues (the Religion in Culture lecture series, the department’s annual Aronov Lecture, and the Religion in Culture Lunch Discussion series for visiting guests) by providing an opportunity for majors, minors, and REL faculty members to interact informally.

Seats are limited to approximately 15 people, so please sign up in advance in the REL main office, 212 Presidents Hall.

Lunch is provided by the Department of Religious Studies. The events are hosted by the local chapter of the TAK honors society.
